Our Vision
To build a just, inclusive, and peaceful society where every individual can thrive, participate, and contribute to sustainable national and global development.
Our Mission
To empower and connect communities through inclusive governance, education, and participatory development — promoting social justice, cultural diversity, and human dignity while bridging local aspirations with global progress.
Who We Are
CIDIG is a non-profit, non-partisan national non-government organization based in Hambantota, Sri Lanka — founded by professionals and activists from international development, cultural expertise, education, law, gender equality, and civil society.
We believe true progress happens when everyone — regardless of ethnicity, gender, religion, or ability — has the opportunity to participate and lead.
